Car Parking Issues!

Unfortunately there are still parents who are using the school's disabled bays as a short term parking area. Please note that these are ONLY to be used by disabled badge holders at all times. They are not meant to be ‘short stay' or ‘drop-off' bays. Last week an elderly disabled gentleman was forced to park outside of the school grounds. The additional distance that he had to walk caused him much anxiety, distress and pain. Please could all parents be alert to the needs of others who are genuinely disabled?

Nursery Fun and Fitness Scheme

Parents may be interested to know of a new Fun and Fitness Scheme that could help EYFS acquire some new sports equipment. We're aiming for the 100% Fit Kids bonus item so need everyone to take part to make sure we get the most from the scheme. This really will make a big difference to your child's sessions with us so please sign up and pledge your support. Please visit http://www.havenfunfitness.com/ to register and find out more details. Thank you!

Some of the Nursery Room 1 children enjoyed an exciting visit to ‘The Bear Factory' at the Metro Centre this week They discovered how bears were made and some of the children even had a go at making their own special bear! Thank you to the parents who accompanied us on this special visit.
